NHRMA holds an annual conference and tradeshow that is designed to provide educational sessions for both the experienced HR professional and those who are fairly new to the profession. Many of our educational opportunities provide recertification credits toward professionals with a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).  Our HR Foundations Seminar is a three-day seminar which provides attendees with a practical knowledge of the basic functions of the HR department.
