One-Day Candidate Assessment Program

Cartus Assessment Programs make use of standardized instruments to assist you in discerning your own characteristics so you can evaluate your potential for success on an international assignment. The results of these inventories will be key elements for discussion and self-examination during your program. Each program participant must complete the required inventories.

• The Assessment Program Employee Needs Assessment assists us in designing an assessment program to meet your personal and professional requirements. If you are married or plan to have a companion accompany you, we request that they complete a separate questionnaire.
  
  
• The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assists an employee in recognizing his/her temperament and leadership style, and to identify the fit within the overall relocation process and host organization culture. Through the MBTI, the Cartus assessor can call attention to behaviors that may influence functioning in the outside world. Click here to access the MBTI: http://online.cpp-db.com. • The Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation - Behavior (FIRO-B) illuminates how individuals manage such important interpersonal issues as team-building and management, conflict development and resolution, and consensus decision-making.
