Matt Tebbe is a proven leader with a track record for unlocking growth strategies and opportunities for businesses, especially for large, complex organizations with global footprints. Prior to joining Cartus, Matt served as the General Manager of Group Products for the education technology firm Riverside Insights. In this capacity, he led a large business unit that supported student growth and equity in more than 6,000 schools nationwide. Matt has also held progressively intensive leadership positions at companies like the IT consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton, and Equifax, where he worked as the Australia-New Zealand region HR technology leader, establishing Australia’s largest native pre-employment screening business and launching a new workforce-solutions offering in the region.
Matt has proven to be a strategic and tactical leader at every stage of his career. His experience in growing, strengthening, and leading operations teams complements his ability to set strategic direction, plan, and execute at a high level, implementing innovative strategies that open new pathways for revenue, reputation, and stable growth—an agility that is core to how we do business at Cartus and Anywhere.

As CFO, Chris brings a profound depth of knowledge and experience garnered over an impressive tenure with the company. Starting his journey in 1996, Chris has ascended through the ranks of the Finance organization, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to excellence at every turn.
From his early days as a Financial Analyst to his pivotal role as VP of Financial Planning and Analysis for 14 years, and now as CFO, Chris’s comprehensive understanding of both relocation and finance has been instrumental in steering Cartus’s financial strategy. His expertise spans critical areas such as leading the company’s budgeting and re-forecasting processes, enhancing the month-end financial close process, and driving strategic resource alignment and profitability improvement initiatives.
Chris’s collaborative approach, working closely with various operating units to ensure financial targets are met, reflects our ethos of teamwork and innovation. His hands-on involvement in strategy development is central to our efforts to evolve and achieve our strategic objectives continuously. He is also part of the Anywhere Finance Leadership team.
It’s incredibly rewarding to earn the trust of the clients we serve—not only for the dependable assistance we offer their employees, but for how we support them in developing their relocation programs, establishing best practices, and connecting with industry peers.
Michelle serves as overall lead for many of Cartus’ key global accounts as well as executive sponsor for several crucial strategic initiatives. Michelle is focused on growing client engagements, evolving the customer experience, developing talent, and formulating client strategies that help differentiate Cartus in the market. Her comprehensive relocation experience and hands-on approach have provided invaluable perspective into the opportunities and challenges facing companies today.
Michelle brings over 30 years of mobility leadership to Cartus, having formerly served as President for Primacy Americas. During her tenure, she has led growth in market share and client satisfaction year over year, frequently receiving industry recognition for her expertise and partnership. Michelle also has responsibility for Cartus’ consulting group, in keeping with her enthusiasm for our thought leadership capabilities.

David joined Cartus in 1999 and has held a number of key senior management positions. Based in the UK, a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, and part of Cartus’ executive leadership team, David is responsible for Cartus offices in EMEA, APAC, and South America. In addition to leading the teams supporting some of Cartus’ largest clients, David also leads several strategic initiatives, including our continuous improvement program. This ongoing analysis of our technology and service capabilities has been instrumental in developing our proprietary centralized mobility hub, MovePro360®, and integrated core/flex solution, Benefits Builder, among other technology innovations.
David also serves as executive sponsor for Cartus’ sustainability initiative, with formal qualifications in leading sustainable business and membership on industry-wide sustainability boards—including the Worldwide ERC® Sustainability Council. His commitment in this area ensures Cartus continues to offer support and approach business with the future needs of our clients in mind.

Tracy leads Cartus’ global Human Resources and Learning and Development teams, bringing to life our winning behavior to Relentlessly Focus on Talent. She is also part of the Anywhere Human Resources Leadership team. Tracy and her teams are focused on strategic HR business partnering, talent management and acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement and culture, workforce planning, and organizational design. With almost 30 years of industry experience, Tracy is an innovative and progressive senior HR leader responsible for creating strategic talent solutions that enable our employees to reach their full potential in an inclusive environment, drive our high-performance culture, and enable leaders to exceed operational people outcomes. Tracy has received a corporate worldwide award for extraordinary achievement and inspirational leadership in Human Resources and has led the Cartus UK team to earn a Relocate Magazine Award for Best Managing or Growing Talent Initiative. More recently, under Tracy’s leadership, Cartus HR teams were recognized for outstanding efforts in talent acquisition as part of Cartus’ India regional expansion.

Rob leads Cartus’ Global Sales and Marketing teams across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. He brings with him decades of experience building strategy and developing positive sales cultures at brand leaders like Time, Inc. and American Express.
An energetic and hands-on leader, Rob is delighted to engage with our potential future clients to best understand how we can support their relocation programs, leading our Sales team to design meaningful solutions and our Marketing group to share impactful messages and exclusive thought leadership with the market.
Not one to be complacent, Rob also invests heavily in understanding the ever-changing needs and interests of both our current and future clients—liaising with our leadership team to steer the development of our services in line with these needs across both domestic and international markets.
Legal compliance can be a complex—even daunting—undertaking. At Cartus, we pride ourselves on engaging openly and meaningfully with our clients and approach each discussion with the goal of ensuring we comply with legislation as well as meet reasonable and mutually agreeable terms.
Stephanie has been with Cartus for 25 years, where she served as contracts counsel for many years before taking on the role of associate general counsel in 2019 and VP, General Counsel in 2023.
Stephanie is a licensed attorney in Connecticut and New York and a licensed real estate broker in New York and Oklahoma. She holds her JD from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.
Stephanie leads her group in striking the complex balance of achieving necessary rigor and compliance with dynamic and diverse legal requirements while providing the flexibility to address specific client needs, concerns, and requests—allowing partnerships to run smoothly and effectively.

Khet is a dynamic product leader whose expertise lies at the crossroads of technology, strategy, and execution. Her passion for innovation fuels her ability to deliver exceptional B2B and B2C product solutions. At Cartus, Khet spearheads teams that craft cutting-edge technology and services, propelling the global mobility industry forward.
With over six years at the helm of product strategy and development at Rent. (a Redfin company), Khet catalyzed growth and engineered robust product operations, partnerships, and client reporting frameworks. Her acumen for problem-solving was further honed as a strategic consultant for Fortune 500 and mid-sized enterprises. At Deloitte Consulting, she steered technology and product development for public sector entities, while her tenure at Bain & Company saw her refining executive strategies and cost management across varied industries. With Kantar, Khet’s analytical prowess informed pivotal decision-making processes at The Coca-Cola Company.
Residing in Atlanta, GA, with her family, Khet is an enthusiast of science fiction and fantasy, eagerly awaiting the closure of epics like “A Song of Ice and Fire.”

Dean McClearn leads global sales strategy for Cartus. Overseeing a diverse, globally distributed team gives Dean broad insights into the differing needs organizations raise when developing their global workforces and managing the mobility process. Uniting the team, Dean encourages a collaborative sales network, fostering the development of new, dynamic solutions from the team’s collective experience, while constantly driving our business to best meet customer needs.
Before Cartus, Dean was Vice President of Harpoon, a division of MNI Targeted Media Inc., providing unmatched research to produce a unique and powerful perspective. With a track record of no-boundaries thinking, Dean drives our Sales group to be ever-forward-thinkers flexible enough to be the partner our clients need not just today but far into the future of their program.
Crystal has nearly four decades of experience in the talent mobility arena. She currently manages all major consulting and business development in the northeast region of the Americas for Cartus Corporation.
She has previously held positions in account/operations management, implementation, and business process management at Cartus. She spent 12 years in Cartus’ Consulting Solutions, managing such initiatives as: talent & mobility re-engineering, global program/policy design, industry benchmark & surveys, implementations/onboarding, group move planning/management, and strategic HR consulting.

As a Director of Strategic Business Solutions at Cartus, I work with companies across the United States and Latin America to design relocation solutions tailored to their individual needs. As someone who has spent time in more than 30 countries, and lived and worked in Brazil, Portugal, and now call Connecticut my home, I enjoy sharing my passion and experience of global mobility with companies all over the world.
I have interacted and collaborated with people of varying backgrounds and different nationalities throughout my life. These experiences have provided me with a great cultural awareness and sensitivity to diversity—both crucial elements in successful business relocation.

Tate has been in the global mobility industry for 20 years—all of them with Cartus. The majority of that time has been spent supporting client engagements across many different industries, so he understands the importance of providing an exceptional experience to relocating employees and their families.
In his current role, Tate works with companies across Europe to make their mobility programmes the best they can possibly be, enabling them to provide the most engaging and rewarding moving experience to their number one asset—their people! The global mobility industry is always evolving, so even after 20 years, Tate is still excited to learn something new every day.
My personal goal is to ensure that every individual I serve experiences the kindness, integrity, and high-touch support that their entire team will receive here at Cartus, along with the confidence that they are receiving phenomenal service from the leaders in the mobility industry.
Kristi sought out the global mobility industry after experiencing expatriate life in France, as it was clear her life’s passion would be to assist others in experiencing life-shaping cross-cultural interactions. She has since spent her entire career dedicated to supporting organizations with their global mobility programs in multiple capacities, including service delivery, account management, operations, consulting, and implementation.
Holding a GMS designation, Kristi enjoys creatively consulting organizations on their mobility programs worldwide, helping to encourage inclusive and productive global citizenship among their workforces. She is skilled in bringing creative solutions to unique situations, approaching each organization’s goals with customization and compassion. Kristi’s approach is Cartus culture distilled: meticulous attention to detail, a warm and welcoming space, and tireless dedication to providing phenomenal support.
I really enjoy working for Cartus because I have access to the great resources and talent to help me excel in my role. Karen is based in the UK and has worked in global mobility and temporary living for over 20 years, partnering with all different size organisations across a range of industries. Karen is passionate about finding solutions to global mobility challenges and helping develop strategies to meet an organisation’s global mobility goals. This often involves advising clients on mobility policies and processes to help attract and retain talent and making cost-containment suggestions.
Many people see relocation as something stressful, but I see it as an opportunity to grow, discover more about yourself, and become more self-aware.
With a steadfast commitment to innovation and a passion for enhancing the employee experience, I have dedicated the last 20 years to serving Cartus’ diverse clientele. My journey has spanned various key roles, from International and Domestic Operations to the esteemed Premiere Executive team, and into the realms of Account Management.
As I transition into the realm of Strategic Solutions, I am eager to forge partnerships with new clients, guiding them to tailor-made solutions that address the unique mobility challenges of their organizations.
My career has been marked by a strategic focus on elevating service excellence within our clients’ mobility programs. My expertise is broad, encompassing every client segment at Cartus — from Insignia to Mid-Market and Mega Growth sectors. I bring a wealth of experience in managing both Intra Country and International mobility programs.

Lauren rejoined Cartus in 2019 and has more than 20 years of global mobility experience. She has held various roles in operations and account management, learning firsthand the multiple facets of a mobility program.
Lauren offers a consultative approach to supporting companies as they navigate the global mobility space and provides trusted guidance for the development and management of their programs, focusing on balancing the needs of both the organization and their employees and families.
No stranger to relocation, Lauren herself has relocated three times and enjoys traveling—most recently to the Grand Canyon, where she enjoyed glamping with her college-aged daughter. (Bella, their yellow lab, enjoyed lounging at home.)
With transparency and collaboration, I strive to create successful partnerships with companies around the globe. Our teams at Cartus are filled with people who care, and I enjoy learning and developing solutions that exceed our clients’ expectations.
Throughout her mobility career, Morgan has accumulated a wealth of experience. Within Cartus, she has served in a variety of roles, from a consultant assisting relocating employees, to overseeing an operations team, to partnering with clients to develop and administer their programs. Now, as part of the Strategic Solutions Group, Morgan partners with companies by taking the time to really listen to what they need and identifying the right fit for their unique programs.
Morgan is also very active in the local communities she serves. She is currently elected President of the Board of Directors for RMRC (Denver) as well as the Education Chair at ARA (Phoenix). She has also served in a variety of committees and volunteer positions including BAMM (San Francisco) and SCRC (Southern California). She is currently a member of the local ERC chapters in Houston, Austin, Dallas, and Portland.
Outside of Cartus, Morgan currently teaches Supply Chain and Logistics courses at Bellevue University.
My goal is to be a positive and uplifting force to everyone I encounter. I live my life with a “glass overflowing” philosophy, and I try to lead by example in all areas of my life, both professionally and personally.
Brenda Thoeny-Johnson is a Director of Strategic Business Solutions at Cartus with more than a decade of mobility experience. Brenda specializes in taking a consultative approach to business development and is responsible for the procurement of new business throughout the northwest quadrant of the United States.
Brenda has been recognized by her peers as a global mobility leader in the supplier space and was listed as one of the 2021 Top 100 Global Mobility Suppliers in the industry. Brenda is known for her unwavering positive attitude, and her ability to inspire those around her to reach their goals.
Eddie has worked at Cartus for nearly a decade, first on our expatriate assignment compensation team and more recently as one of our pre-sales technical engineers.
Eddie focuses on showcasing how Cartus technology solutions can improve work and life for our prospects and their relocating employees.
Anthony began his career at Cartus in 2016 on the global compensation team. During his time on the team, Anthony became a dedicated department trainer, a role created for him and one that saw him support new hires to leadership. With a passion for solutions-based work, people, and presenting, Anthony most recently became a technical sales engineer. In this current role, he shares Cartus technology solutions with clients and prospects, showcasing ways they elevate the relocation experience for everyone involved.
Alzone has more than 15 years’ experience in the global mobility industry. Since joining Cartus in 2005, he has worked on multiple client engagements, ranging in size from one of our largest international clients to smaller regional accounts. Currently based in Singapore, Alzone has experience living and working in China, ASEAN and Australia.
With more than 35 years’ experience in the mobility industry, Terri joined Cartus in 2005 and supports Global Talent Mobility teams and our global Consulting Solutions group, the latter of which is responsible for developing and overseeing global client initiatives in the areas of HR and talent technology solutions, program benchmarking, policy design and writing, and group moves
Andy has performed a number of roles throughout his global mobility career with Cartus, which followed his own time living and working internationally. After building his skills in both account management and transformation projects, when asked to describe his role today as director of Sustainable Growth Enablement, Andy’s one word response is “Questions.” Specifically, answering the questions that our partners and the broader mobility community have for us, and asking our own in order to direct our innovations in the direction that best serve our clients and help support long-term, sustainable growth of our solutions. With a passion for innovation, creativity and data – The one question never off Andy’s agenda is, “What’s next?”
Marilynn has been with Cartus for 25 years and has had several key positions in both Operations and Account Management. Her experience includes the implementation and management of a diverse portfolio of organizations. She is currently responsible for Account Management, Implementation, and Consulting Solutions.
It is exciting to see companies increasingly recognize DEI as a critical factor to their success at every level, including mobility. Cartus has made a strong commitment to lead the talent mobility industry forward in the DEI mobility space and drive ground-breaking, innovative solutions.
Lisa is Director, Global Consulting, Cartus and leads the team in the EMEA and APAC regions. Among her many achievements, including conducting some of the industry’s earliest research initiatives on the topics of Mobility ROI and Inclusive Mobility, this year Lisa was named one of the top 50 corporate professionals in DEI by the OnCon Icon Awards.
She also holds both of the Worldwide ERC®’s Meritorious and Distinguished Service Awards and is an active member of SHRM. Lisa was born in Japan, is based in New York, and has lived and worked in Central America, Spain, and Ireland.
Rob is the Vice President of Global Talent Mobility at Cartus. Rob directs a broad spectrum of activity, leading some of the region’s most dynamic outsourced corporate relocation engagements for key clients. Throughout the past two decades, engagements under Rob’s direction have won multiple industry and client awards. In addition, he is global head of Cartus’ Intercultural & Language Solutions business, and he has primary responsibility for Cartus’ India service hub. He has been based in Singapore since 2008.

Joining Cartus in 2002, Tracey Rennie has provided industry leadership, trusted guidance, and innovative solutions to many key Cartus clients over the years and leads Cartus’ LATAM office in São Paulo, Brazil.
Since joining Cartus in 2014 as a Client Services Director, Paul has led numerous successful projects and clients. His passion for growth and operational excellence has been evident throughout his tenure.
With 25 years of industry experience, including a decade on international assignments in APAC and the Middle East, Paul holds a wealth of knowledge and expertise.
