DANBURY, CT (March 9, 2026)—Cartus today announced the appointment of Marilynn Giglio-Knapp as Senior Vice President, Client & Customer Success. In this role, Giglio-Knapp will lead the company’s global client and customer success organization, with responsibility for strengthening strategic client partnerships, driving operational excellence, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across the end-to-end client and customer journey.

Giglio-Knapp succeeds Michelle Vallejo, who retired from Cartus following a planned leadership transition after 16 years with the company. Vallejo was a respected authority in global talent mobility, spending nearly 40 years guiding clients and teams through significant industry evolution. She worked closely with Cartus’ leadership to ensure continuity for clients and colleagues, leaving the organization well positioned for its next chapter.

A Cartus leader for nearly 30 years, Giglio-Knapp brings deep institutional knowledge and a broad perspective shaped by global leadership roles spanning account management, operational delivery, consulting solutions, and global implementation.
