Cartus Receives Accolade at Asia’s Best Employer Brand Awards 2019

Cartus is incredibly proud to receive an award from Asia’s Best Employer Brand Awards 2019, in the category of Promoting Health in the Work Place. The event was organized by World HRD Congress, recognizing outstanding professionals and corporates in talent management, talent development, and talent innovation in Asia. Our people are what ensures Cartus’ continued growth and success, and as such, cultivating a healthy work-life balance is a key focus across all of our global offices, and we are delighted that this award recognizes that focus.
Promoting Work Place Health All Year Round
With a fundamental goal of making Cartus a place where people enjoy working and where others want to work, our global work place health (WHP) committee has a calendar of wellness activities suitable for employees of all ages. Some examples include complementary health screenings and flu vaccines, Cartus Wellness Days, weekly fruit distributions, and massage services. In addition, we have various fitness and recreational activities to encourage regular exercise, like lunchtime yoga sessions, running clubs, futsal and even dragon boating!
Our commitment to work place heath and excellence has received numerous awards from institutions including, the Singapore Health Promotion Board, Singapore Human Resources Institute, The Alliance for Work/Life Progress, Human Resources Magazine, and Singapore Tripartite Committee on Work-Life Strategy.
At Cartus, we adopt an integrated approach to work place health and corporate wellness, closely linking our HR strategy with our business goals. Building on the success of our wellness program in Singapore, we will continue to implement innovative employee Workplace Health Programs to promote and cultivate health and wellbeing for all Cartus employees.
