Employee contributions, big and small, make Cartus the leader in our field. Whether it is a suggestion on how the company can save money, or a consultant going above and beyond to resolve a customer issue, the special efforts of employees are acknowledged and appreciated through our reward and recognition system: the BRAVO! Program.
The BRAVO! Program is designed so employees can honor teammates who demonstrate one or more of Cartus’ five guiding principles (Service, Financial Responsibility, Respect, Collaboration, Ethical Behavior). These principles are key components of the Cartus culture.
Our employees are the best in the business, and have creative and innovative ideas. As a result, we also offer employees the opportunity to earn financial rewards by submitting those ideas and recommendations for training, cost savings, process streamlining, incentive programs, etc., through the Bright Ideas program. These recommendations are then evaluated by a committee comprised of senior leadership and staff-level employees, and those that are implemented and show significant improvement can result in a bonus for the employee.
