As a proud member of the Realogy family, we are excited to share Realogy’s expansion of the What Moves Her℠ initiative.

Introduced in 2020, What Moves Her helps women in the real estate industry develop their leadership skills and realize their professional development goals.

In March 2021, Realogy announced further developments to the initiative including new leadership programs, growth of its dedicated event series, and more opportunities throughout the year in order to reach more women industry-wide, including all affiliated brokers and agents of Realogy’s residential real estate brands: Better Homes & Gardens® Real Estate, CENTURY 21®, Coldwell Banker®, Corcoran Group®, ERA®, and Sotheby's International Realty®.

Launched by Realogy Franchise Group (RFG) President and Chief Executive Officer, Sue Yannaccone, What Moves Her aims to inspire and support all women to find their path to leadership and business success in U.S. real estate.

60% of Realogy agents are women. How important are women to Realogy’s success and the industry as a whole? Let's take a look at the numbers:

  • 30% of Realogy's RFG broker-owners are women

  • 27 women-owned firms joined RFG in 2020

  • 67% of agents and 60% of all brokers and broker associates in the industry are women

New leadership programs (exclusive to Realogy-affiliated brokers and agents) and a virtual event series (open to the industry) will encourage a more gender-diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture and encourage women to support one another, their businesses, and their communities.
