cartus wins SHRI award for excellence in employee experience and well-being

This recognition celebrates organizations that champion mental wellness, psychological safety, and meaningful employee experiences – values that align well with Cartus.

  • Mental Health Talks 
    We invite certified professionals to conduct talks and workshops regularly, equipping employees with knowledge and hands-on training to manage stress, build resilience, and foster emotional well-being.

  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) 
    Our EAP offers confidential, 24/7 access to counselling and support services for employees – ensuring help is always within reach.

  • Mental Health First Aiders 
    We have a dedicated certified team of Mental Health First Aiders in Singapore, to provide peer support and early response, creating a safer and more empathetic environment.

  • SG Hub Mental Wellness Day 2025 
    Each year, we dedicate a day to mental wellness, encouraging employees to pause and recharge. Held as part of our broader wellness strategy, this year’s Mental Wellness Day focused on “Regulating emotions: Managing Emotions at the Workplace and in Everyday Life”. An expert speaker from Intellect gave insights on human emotions and tips for practicing mindfulness. Participants also get to practice yoga for relaxation, and therapeutic coloring and crocheting workshops to encourage calm and creativity. These are simple but meaningful ways to give employees space to connect with one another and engaging in self-care.

  • CSR Day – Giving Back for Well-being 
    Our annual CSR Day encourages employees to volunteer and give back to the community. Acts of service foster purpose, empathy, and connection, which are key elements of mental wellness. Through these initiatives, we strengthen not only our communities but also our team’s sense of belonging and fulfilment.
