We’re delighted to publish the second white paper in our new Flexible Mobility series, "Nike and Cartus: A Core/Flex Collaboration." The paper explores how Cartus and Nike collaborated to build and deliver a successful core/flex policy, the roles that each organization played, and the results achieved—including an estimated USD$1.7 million in cost savings when comparing a traditional mobility policy with a core/flex approach.

A Focus on “Employee Experience”

Nike first approached Cartus about implementing a flexible policy construct in 2018 and the company’s number one focus was the “employee experience.” Of course, hitting business objectives was important, but they really wanted to balance that against being able to meet the needs of their diverse employee population.

Through a collaborative effort, in less than 12 months, Cartus and Nike had designed a fit-for-purpose program that offered flexibility and choice. The new policy produced significant results, including a 98-100% satisfaction rating.
