Our latest survey report, “2022 Cartus and Topia Remote Work Landscape,” references the results of a joint research initiative conducted by Cartus and Topia on the topic of remote, hybrid, and distributed workforces in the global talent mobility space. When widely introduced to combat challenges raised by the pandemic, the long-term impact that remote and hybrid work would have on the mobility industry was largely unknown. However, our latest research report suggests remote work has actually been used by many organizations as a strategic mobility tool. Nearly a third (32%) of our survey respondents indicate remote work will have no impact on the number of employees they relocate. An additional 11% suggest the number of employees will increase as a direct impact of remote work.

Covering topics including, policy design, policy ownership and management, and compliance and legal implications, our report expands on the findings outlined in our Executive Summary, published earlier this year.
