  • Activity. The types of mobility activity anticipated for 2024 include:
  1. business traveler (68%)
  2. intra-country, international long-term, and international short-term moves (67%)
  3. employee-requested moves (60%)
  • Redesign. 62% of survey respondents are contemplating a policy review in the upcoming year, underscoring the proactive stance of organizations towards refining their mobility frameworks and addressing inclusive opportunities in their mobility policies.
  • Cost. While 66% reported stagnant relocation budgets in 2023, the anticipation of budget approval challenges in 2024 looms at a significant 57%.
